The purpose of our study is to propose a way to enjoy a new style of Japanese tea ceremony with IT. Tea is said to have been brought to Japan by China over 1000 years ago. It was originally valuable and was used for medicine and gambling. After that, Senno Rikyu established the art of the Japanese tea ceremony. Currently it is also called a Japanese general art. In Japanese tea ceremonies, it is important to achieve a sense of unity between host and guests. For that purpose, the host will make efforts to hold a sophisticated tea ceremony involving both tea utensils and the tea room. The popularization of the tea ceremony has progressed, and elements such as entertainment have come to be seen more often in tea ceremonies, such as outdoor tea ceremony style and night style using candlelight. Therefore, as a modern Japanese tea ceremony, we attempted a tea ceremony using projection mapping. In this paper, we report on the production methods using projection mapping in traditional Japanese tea ceremonies for a more attractive ceremony. In addition, we considered the possibility to apply our methods to Japanese tea culture as a future work from the result.

Japan has been witnessing an increasing number of people disinterested in science, and hence several methods are being attempted to rekindle the interest. However, most of these trials are targeted toward for people with average or high-level science interests, and are ineffective in science for beginners. Therefore, the study aims to provide a creative viewpoint based on fun for dissemination of science to society as a culture by encouraging cooperation among various organizations. And the study adopts a distinctive approach to foster interest in science through fun experiences through IT and media. For example, the total lunar eclipse on January 31, 2018, brought together the science museum, radio station, universities, and enterprises to collaborate for an event. The effect of collaboration among organizations using IT and information dissemination made science enjoyable, fostered growth, and brought about changes in interest. Thus, we designed a general method to stimulate new forms of interest in science by merging other interests from science and scientific factors, and providing a fun experience to people.

Promotion of Open Data for Making Things towards a Public and Private Sector Data Utilizing Society - Promotion of Open Data in Suzaka City and its Transverse Development - Reviewed

Abstract
Promotion of Open Data in Japan started with the "Electronic Administration Open Data Strategy" in 2012, and it has been carried out by diverse policies ever since. At present, with the enforcement of the Public and Private Sector Data Promotion basic law, it is expected that not only the government but also the private sector and local residents become involved in the promotion of this data. On the other hand, the number of domestic cities that promote Open Data have not increased so much since the beginning, and the current situation is that decisive effects of Open Data promotion have not been noticed. This research further advances the relation between Open Data promotion and the field of Making Things (monozukuri), by proposing and demonstrating various proposals to expand from local administration-centered methods of promotion to private businesses and citizen-centered promotion. In this paper, we look at the case of Open Data promotion in Suzaka City, located in the Nagano prefecture of Japan. By incorporating the point of view of the Making Things field into the Open Data promotion in the region, we developed methods for Open Data promotion as a close and familiar topic for citizens and designed and carried out workshops based on these topics. We validated the effectiveness of the proposed methods by repeating several demonstrations throughout the year and by its extension into other regions of Japan.

スマートポスターを活用した天文情報提供手法の開発と実践

概要:近年「星空観光」などの言葉が注目される通り、地方において星空を観光資源として PR し、天体観望会を観光イベントとして実施する動きが広まっている。しかしながら、天体観望会を実施するにあたっては、解説者の天文に関する知識が求められるほか、事前の天文情報の収集や解説資料の作成などの準備が必要である。そこで本研究では、NFC 技術を活用したスマートポスターによる天文情報提供手法を開発した。本手法では、従来の解説に比べ観望会参加者が能動的に情報を入手できるほか、名古屋市科学館の天文情報オープンデータを活用することで、主催者の知識や事前の情報収集の必要がないという特徴がある。その後、実際の天体観望会の場で5回にわたり実証実験を行い、参加者に与える影響についてアンケート調査を実施したところ、来館者の能動的な情報取得と、天文や宇宙に対する興味喚起に効果があるという結果が得られた。結果をもとに、観光への応用の可能性について検討を行った。

飛騨市の観光推進に向けたソーシャルメディアと駐車場利用情報の分析

概要:内閣府は未来の社会の姿として Society5.0 を提唱しており,観光においても,サイバー空間(仮想空間) とフィジカル空間(現実空間)を高度に融合させたシステムを用いる重要性が示されている.本研究では,飛騨市の観光推進に向けて,まず現実空間の分析として,飛騨市営駐車場に出入りする車のナンバープレートから情報を取得し,それらを分析することで,飛騨市に訪れる観光客の分析を行った.その際,分析結果を可視化するツールの作成も行った.次に,仮想空間の分析として,Twitter の投稿,TripAdvisor の口コミから飛騨市に関わる情報を取得し,それぞれ投稿数や内容の分析を行った.分析の結果,県外からの訪問者数が多いお盆シーズンには,Twitter 上でも話題性が高い傾向が見られた.

概要:本研究では,被推薦者の推薦対象物への知識や経験を前提としない推薦システムとして, eb リソースを用いた推薦システムを提案する.推薦対象物には eb 検索エンジンを用いた関連単語抽出を支援的に用いたタグ付けを行っている.加えて推薦対象物と被推薦者間の関連度の計算には eb 検索エンジンによる検索結果数を用いた ebPMI を利用し,被推薦者と推薦対象物との関係性が希薄であったとしても,インターネット上のあらゆるページに存在する文書を根拠として利用し,推薦を行うことのできるシステムを提案する.

概要:訪日外客数や国内旅行者の数は年々増加傾向にあり,観光の需要は高まっている.一方で,観光案内所での人員不足や経験不足による課題が生じており,効果的な課題の解決が求められている.さらに,地域観光を担う各地の自治体では,予算が限られているため低コストで効果的な観光づくりを推進する必要がある.そこで,本研究では観光客への観光支援に ICT を利活用し,中でも低コストで効果的な課題解決を実現するものとして注目されているオープンデータを活用する.そして,観光地の新たな魅力発見の支援を目的とした観光支援アプリを開発するとともに観光での魅力伝達におけるデータのあり方やどのような情報が必要であるかを考察する.また,観光支援アプリの開発にはスマートスピーカーを用い,観光案内所での人員不足や経験不足による課題解決の支援を行う.本研究では,実際に観光協会や自治体を通して,実践的な観光支援アプリの開発を行う.
