看護キャリア支援室の教員と大学教員、臨床看護師（アカデミックナース）5名が恊働してSP（模擬患者）参加型教育プログラムを作成し、臨床実習前の看護学生の教育に取り組んだ。実習内容は、講義とブリーフィング、学生とSPの看護面接10分の中で、情報収集と基本手技の課題に取り組み、リフレクションを15分行った。
「実習から学び」は、「観察」、「コミュニケーション」「言葉の意味」「生活者の視点」などであり、看護ケア実施時の重要な気づきが得られたと考える。一方で，「必要な情報の提示」の記載は少なかったことから，ケアの対象者に必要な援助を考え、伝える演習の検討が必要と考える。
医療を担う看護学生の育成において、実習の前に模擬患者を活用することで、実習時間短縮や経験不足による不十分な技術習得、コミュニケーション力を含む社会人基盤力の低下に対し、患者への看護技術やコミュニケーションを事前に学び、患者に安全で安心した看護実習の関わりにつながる。
また、人員不足や業務量の多さに臨床指導を負担に思う臨床看護師と臨床に遠慮している教員間の連携には大きな溝がある。両者が恊働してプログラムを作成することで、両者の連携が円滑となり、看護学生が学びやすい実習環境を整えることができる。看護学生は、臨床看護師との関係性を築きやすくなり、臨床看護師は看護学生の理解につながる。 -
Development of Intervention Programs Starting from Pregnancy That Enhance the Parenting Compensatory Factors

This study aims to identify risk factors and compensatory factors for child abuse that exist during and after pregnancy. We asked 2,662 mothers who were the subject of our survey during their pregnancy to complete a questionnaire, and then conducted a longitudinal study on parenting stress. The survey was onducted when the subject’s child was 3 - 4 months, 10 months, and 18 months old. One thousand four hundred eighty-seven (1,487) mothers responded, and we identified differences in the parenting stress characteristics depending on mother’s and child’s attributes. The study shows that mother’s stress coping haracteristics change depending on the child’s developmental pha se, providing some clues for the design and development of child-abuse preventive programs starting during mother’s pregnancy.
