まず，Ⅰ-①について，2020年から公式に勤務時間管理が始まり，学校は減らない業務と勤務時間の規制という厳しい現実に直面している。残業の不可視化など，変容する現場の実態と課題を質問紙調査から把握する。Ⅰ-②について，教職志願者数や採用倍率の減少が進み，教員の質確保が懸念される。大学生における教職の忌避意識を質問紙調査から探る。
Ⅱについては，上記①と②の速報値を，迅速にウェブ記事等に発表し，また数百名規模の無料オンライン・イベントを開催し，世に向け広く危機の可視化と改善策の提案をおこなう。

2024年度においてはとくに、2023年11月に実施した大学生調査の分析を進める。自治体からは教職の魅力が発信される一方、大学生は必ずしも魅力を求めているのではなく、過重労働の解消を求めていると推察される。教職を志す大学生が今日の学校の労働状況をどのように受け止めているのか、また教職忌避の意識がどの段階でどのような理由から生まれてくるのかを明らかにして、志願者減少に歯止めをかける方途を検討する。また、長時間労働以外にも、教職離れにいかなる要因が作用しているのかについても検討を進める。
2023年度は「大学生の教職志向性に関する調査」と題して、教職課程科目の履修経験がある現役大学生を対象に、教職に関連する意識や経験を、ウェブ調査から明らかにした。

▼目的：学校の長時間労働の実態が明らかになった今日、教職科目を履修してきた大学生は、教職に対していかなる意識をもっているのか、全国を対象にしたウェブ調査から明らかにする。
▼実施期間：2023年11月15日～22日。▼方法：ウェブ調査（インターネットによるアンケート調査。株式会社マクロミルのウェブモニターを利用）。▼対象：教員免許取得に必要な科目を一つ以上取得したことがある大学3年生と4年生。▼サンプルサイズ：大学3年生289人（女性196人、男性93人）、大学4年生331人（女性217人、男性114人）の計620人。
▼分析の知見：調査では回答者に過去からの教職志望度を質問した。「次の時期にあなたはどのくらい教師になることを考えていましたか」として、中学校段階から調査時点（2023年11月）までの志望度を0～7の整数で評価してもらった。3年生も4年生も、志望度の変化は酷似していた。強い意志をもって教職を希望している高志望の割合は、教職科目を受講して2年目の時期に若干減少するものの、総じて高志望者は時間の経過とともに増加している。非志望・低志望の変化については、中学3年生の時点では約4割は、教職をほとんど意識していない。教職科目を受講し始めた大学1年生の時点では、非志望・低志望の割合は大幅に減少し、そこから学年があがるにつれて徐々に割合が増加していく。在籍中に教職へと志望を固めていく学生がいるとともに、教職以外の職業に移行していく学生もまた一定数いることが示された。
2023年度に実施を計画していた「大学生の教職志向性に関する調査」について、上半期に先行研究のレビューならびに質問項目の作成を進め、10月にウェブ調査の実際のレイアウトに落とし込み、11月に調査を無事に実施することができた。当初、サンプルサイズの確保が少々懸念されていたが、問題なく回答を集めることができた。また、分析も着々と進め、現在、オンライン記事や学会大会における分析結果の公表に向けて、準備している。
現時点で、2024年度中に2本のオンライン記事、3本の学会発表、3本の論文執筆を予定している。
Study on resource disparity and its change of public libraies in "urban" and "rural"

In this study, it was not possible to identify clear trends in the inter-regional disparities and municipal hierarchies in public library resources. However, through the organization of previous studies, this study found that public libraries are expected to play new roles, not only the traditional roles of reading and borrowing materials, but also the new roles of disseminating a variety of information and functioning as a place to stay. In order to examine the disparities in these new roles, this study analyzed an interview survey of A-prefecture public libraries and a user questionnaire survey of X-city libraries. As a result, this study indicated that public libraries are developing services for new roles, but that the usage situation and the need of new services may differ depending on the attributes of library users and the purpose of their visit.
Current conditions and issues of the British legal system regarding sport integrity

Ethical issues in sports include abuse, corporal punishment, and harassment by coaches (hereafter abbreviated as "abuse"), doping, improper management of sports organizations such as fraudulent accounting, match fixing, illegal gambling, and racism. Overcoming these issues is considered essential to realizing sports integrity. In this study, we focused on the UK system, which has the world's most advanced child protection (hereafter abbreviated as "CP") system for protecting children under the age of 18 from abuse, in order to prevent abuse by sports coaches. As a result of this study, we obtained suggestions for realizing sports integrity in the Japanese sports world.

Referring to some materials, we collected case studies and clarified the actual conditions of injuries in school sports activities. Specifically, firstly, we clarified the number of injuries and high risk in gymnastics formations performed at athletic festival. Second, we clarified the actual situation and mechanism of serious cases involving head and neck injuries caused by hitting the head on the bottom of the pool at the start of diving. Third, an overview of fatal and injury cases in various physical education activities showed that the risk of fatal accidents was high in endurance running. Fourth, we conducted a cross-sectional analysis of the incidence of heat stroke in physical education and club activities, and clarified the relationship between athletic characteristics, long practice hours, and heat stroke.
Study on resource disparity and its change of academic libraies in digital age

The aim of this study is to examine the resource disparity and its change among academic libraries at national and public universities in digital age. To reach our goal we got raw data from annual journal “Libraries in Japan” which we can find annual data of each academic library. We analyzed this data focusing on expenses related variables and the number of library staff. Furthermore, in order to clarify the specific situation of the disparity, we had interviews with national and public universities.
The important findings revealed by this research are that printed-journal expenses, e-journal expenses, the number of permanent librarians are strongly influenced by the hierarchy of universities. Which means the gap between upper universities and lower ones is getting larger. In both research and education, large universities have abundant library resources, while small universities are in difficulties.
