わかりやすい解説の合間には、スナックならではのちょっとした裏話もご提供し、法律や社会問題は苦手という理系の方にも、ご満足いただける内容となっています。今回は、続々と誕生するプラットフォーム規制に加えて、個情法3年見直しを巡る白熱した対立がテーマです。そしてお客さまにお迎えするのは、高名な研究者、法律家、そして、霞ヶ関もプラットフォームも知り尽くした日本のロビイストの草分け的存在のあの方も。

デジタル分野のルールメークはこれまでになく対立が目立ちます。繰り広げられる死闘の果てに、私たちはどこへ行くのでしょうか。スナックまさこの影の名付け親で、法哲学者の谷口功一・東京都立大学教授はこう指摘しています。
