    超高密度地震観測の実現を目指し、自動車を地震計として利用するための震度計と観測成果をサーバー上で収集・分析・可視化するシステムの開発を行う。震度計のセンサーには安価で小型のMEMS加速度センサーとジャイロセンサーを用い、車両の並進振動と回転運動を把握する。データ処理部では、車両の振動特性の影響を除去することで地上の振動を逆算し、計測震度またはそれに相当する地震動の強さ指標を算出する。データ収集・分析・可視化システムでは、既設の震度観測網による観測記録を使用して自動車による観測記録を補正し、階層的な地震観測体制を構築する。

    We evaluate the potential of traffic-induced vibration on the application to exploration of subsurface soil structure. Applying the theory of the seismic interferometry, a pseudo-excitation record can be generated from the ambient noise including the traffic-induced vibration, realizing the imaging of the subsurface structure. To synthesize a pseudo-excitation record, the road traffic-induced vibration is better than the train-induced one. In the silent environment, a pseudo-excitation record is obtained as the all-pass function extracted by the factorization of the Fourier spectrum.

  7. 致命的災害病巣を検知・切除・治癒することによる南海トラフ地震の総合的減災戦略研究

    本研究課題では、国難ともいえる南海トラフ巨大地震の被害を抜本的に軽減するための総合的戦略研究を実施している。被害軽減の基本は、土地利用などの危険回避力、インフラ整備・建物耐震化・家具固定などの抵抗力、リアルタイム被害予測・対応資源把握にもとづく対応力、速やかな復旧・復興などの回復力の4つの力の向上にある。
    令和2年度の実績として、危険回避力の向上については、主要産業や住民の生活維持に必要不可欠なライフラインの拠点施設、主要産業の拠点施設、物流ネットワークの相対的な安全性や脆弱性を評価するための資料収集を継続した。また、適切な土地利用を推進するための啓発教材として、AVR Japan 株式会社による砂山遊び模型(サンドボックス)に地形に応じた地震・液状化・洪水等の危険度を表示するシステムを開発した。
    抵抗力については、令和元年度に引き続き、スマートフォンやクラウド環境で任意地震・任意地点の地震動を用いた建築物の地震応答解析と室内家具転倒シミュレーションを行うシステムを開発した。加えて、多様なセンサーによる振動測定結果を集積し、統合的に分析を行うことのできるWebシステムの開発にも着手している。また、名古屋市内に建設された免震構造の災害医療拠点建物の振動実験・解析を行った。
    対応力については、産官学民が互いの課題について話し合う「本音の会」を継続して実施した。また、エレベーターの現状と近年の地震による運転停止の事例に関する分析を継続して行った。また、社会構造のUML図による分析を行い、特に住居の確保の問題について、対応力の不足部分を明らかにした。
    回復力については、防災上重要となる各組織・施設について、減災カルテと減災処方箋の作成を継続して行い、災害対応のボトルネックを洗い出した。
    本研究課題は、地震被害軽減のための危険回避力・抵抗力・対応力・回復力の向上を目指している。令和2年度は、前二者の向上のために、危険回避力を向上するための新たな発想の教材開発を行い、建物についても継続的に振動計測を行った。また、後二者の向上のために、名古屋大学減災連携研究センターにおいて実施してきた「本音の会」を継続して災害対応のボトルネックを洗い出すとともに、オブジェクト指向分析の発想を取り入れた社会構造の分析を行った。
    現在までの進捗状況として、危険回避力と抵抗力については、南海トラフ地震による地震動や建物の揺れを適切に評価するための方法を高度化し、建物の耐震性能や社会の対応力を向上するための基礎資料を蓄積しているところである。また、対応力と回復力については、個別の自治体や企業に加えて産官学民の連携を行う際の障壁を明らかにしながら、減災カルテと減災処方箋の作成を継続している。
    これらの成果を本研究課題の実施計画に照らし、進捗状況として、おおむね順調に進展していると判断した。
    令和2年度に引き続き、南海トラフ巨大地震に対する危険回避力、抵抗力、対応力、回復力をそれぞれ向上するための取り組みを並行して進める。また、令和3年度は本研究計画の最終年度にあたり、これらの成果を統合して、総合的な減災戦略を考える。
    危険回避力については、令和2年度から開発を進めている新しい発想の揺れ再現教材や地形実感教材を完成させ、適切な土地利用を社会に対して促す。抵抗力については、令和2年度に引き続き、MEMSセンサーやスマートフォンを用いた新たな地震応答解析と室内家具転倒シミュレーションを行うシステムの開発を進め、各種事業者や一般市民に地震対策の必要性を訴える。対応力については、自治体や企業が有する対応資源を把握して最適な災害対応方策を助言する災害対応トリアージを可能にする。また名古屋大学に設置したあいち・なごや強靭化共創センターの活動を通して、これらの成果を行政と産業界に移転する。回復力については、令和2年度に引き続き、防災上重要となる組織・施設について減災カルテと減災処方箋の作成を行う。
    以上の成果を統合して、UMLクラス図による社会のつながりの把握を試みる。また、致命的災害病巣の検知・切除・治癒の方策を具体化し、総合的減災戦略につなげる。

    We obtained three results for the purpose of establishing a modeling method for wide-area surface ground considering three-dimensional wave propagation.
    (1) We constructed a method for extracting two-dimensional ground information based on microtremor records using sensors arranged in rows.(2) We clarified the relationship between the wavelength and the influence range of the surrounding ground on the phase velocity based on the simulated microtremor using the three-dimensional finite difference method.(3) A surface layer model visualization system was constructed to display the surface layer model three-dimensionally on a PC monitor and to raise awareness of disaster prevention measures for publics.

    It is important for all Japan to mitigate Chukyo area from earthquake disaster, since the accumulation of transportation and industry. This study aims detail prediction of seismic ground motion of Chukyo area. First the Green’s function database is developed for some important sites based on the soil structure model of wide area. Subsequently the ground motion prediction is applied using the Green's function database for several assumed earthquakes of active faults around Chukyo area. Finally, the web system to predict ground motion and building response for arbitrary seismic source models is developed.
