    FasLを欠損するgldマウスの骨髄を、gldマウスの骨髄で再構築するという同系骨髄移植実験を行うとGVHD様の皮膚炎が必発で起こってくる。皮膚炎の発症にはいかなる因子が必要か、いかなる細胞が皮膚炎の発生を抑えているか、多くの異なったノックアウトマウスを用意し、その骨髄細胞とgldマウス骨髄細胞と混ぜ合わせてgldマウス骨髄を再構築するなどして検討追求した。
